Kelly brings his expertise to our outdoor, experiential programs where he often works in concert with our client’s internal learning and development professionals to implement custom team and leadership development programs. |

MINNY PURINTON
Consultant, Minny Purinton, brings a strong background providing team-building and leadership training in both corporate and non-profit settings in the U.S. and Japan. She has also trained and served as an educator and leader of wilderness expeditions in remote areas of East Africa. She is also a wilderness instructor of back-county ski and ocean kayak trips. Minny’s passion lies developing leaders and tams through outdoor, experiential training and development as well as workplace mediation.
