ADVENTURE-BASED RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS

We help teams and leaders develop through series of increasingly complex challenges. Later stage activities include dramatic rescue simulations requiring base camp leadership and well-coordinated field teams. The activities are customized to test specific dynamics important to the group, like clarity of vision, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making processes. We have based our programs out of conference centers, dude ranches, beach resorts, wild and scenic rivers, and wilderness camps in the Sierras and the Rockies.
