Dear Greg,

I wanted to write and thank you for your recent facilitation at my team off-site meeting. Having my group participate in outdoor team problem solving situations was a first for them - and they can be a tough crowd. As you are aware the program was an important success, due in no small part to your careful planning and expert facilitation.

The exercises you designed were creative, stimulating and ingenious, and required us to be all of these things if we were to accomplish the task at hand. Your attention to safety was quietly reassuring, and to a person the team commented on your skillful intervention in our conversations, and linkage back to our working environment.

Sincere thanks to you and your colleagues for a memorable offsite meeting, which I hope to replicate elsewhere in our company.
