We have just summarized the feedback from attendees of our President's Retreat, and it was resoundingly favorable. One hundred percent of the respondents rated the workshops as "Excellent.'' Our gratitude goes out to Outside Insights for developing the outstanding leadership workshop and for training our internal facilitators on conducting the sessions. The facilitators felt extremely well prepared to conduct the sessions, and they, too, received tremendous feedback.

Kelly, you and Michael did not leave one stone unturned. You designed an exceptional leadership development series of experiential workshops, worked with the conference facilities in advance, spent a day with our facilitators taking them through the exercises, provided each facilitator with a step-by-step Instructor's Manual and had materials for each exercise pre-packaged! How could we not do well??
