Dear Greg, We have a new sense of team expectation and results here at Alaska Airlines Sales and Reservations department. It is subtle, and powerful. Folks are making a more concerted effort to listen, observe and communicate. There is definitely a strong intention to support and affirm each other. All this seems so simple, and yet beyond the difficulty that challenged us when I talked to you last June. Really good people are even better about cooperating and handling tasks. There is a real respect for style issues and the needs of others. I appreciate the tremendous job you've done for us facilitating four very diverse groups. Shelly did an equally amazing job with logistics and safety. While we have a wide range of physical types and interests, everyone felt great about our outdoor experience. No one was challenged beyond their physical ability. I feel like you and Shelly know a lot about us. As I said, consider yourselves among the Alaska Airlines family. You've earned it!
