Outside Insights has been chosen to lead the 2008
American Leadership Forum wilderness retreat for leaders of the Texas Medical Center (TMC). Senior leaders of TMC’s 40 member institutions, including two medical schools, four schools of nursing, thirteen renowned hospitals and two specialty institutions, will participate in a year-long program designed to join and strengthen diverse leaders to better serve the public good.

Outside Insights recently developed a custom, 3-day, kayaking team adventure to serve a Los Angeles-based client. Each Outside Insights team adventure is different because every team is different. Once we understand the development goals for the team and the boundaries (budget, time, degree of adventure, etc.), we design the best possible learning experience. This wilderness kayaking experience on a flat water section of the Colorado river is but one example of the creative possibilities.
